What is Front Porch and what do you offer?Front Porch is a pumpkin delivery and seasonal porch decorating service company located in the PNW that currently offers fall porchscapes that bring a look of welcoming hospitality to any home.

Where are you located and what areas do you serve?We are located outside of the Salem area in Turner, Oregon. We are currently serving the greater Salem, Albany, Wilsonville, Lake Oswego & Portland areas.

When does the fall decorating season start and end?Our pumpkins are picked and delivered to us at the peak of season in September. We offer decorating in the month of September and into the first week of October.

How far in advance should I book my porch setup?We will open the 2025 decorating season to be reserved at the end of May and will sell until all spots are filled.

Do you offer Halloween or holiday transitions?Not currently! Let us know if that is something you would be interested in the future, we would love your feedback. You might see a Christmas option coming in 2026, stay tuned!

Can I customize my package?All packages are priced and put together accordingly, and we do not currently allow customization. However, if you have a request for the design process, we would love to make sure your image comes to life with what your package includes! If you are invested in a custom design, or design for an event or business- please contact us directly!

Do you offer refunds or rescheduling if I need to cancel?We offer refunds up to 30 days prior to your delivery week. We also allow for the packaged to be transferred if you would like to gift due to conflicts. Rescheduling can be accommodated before your week of delivery, pending on available dates and times. Cancellations after 30 days will be offered 50% refund to help cover the costs of purchased pumpkins or you can get a gift card for the next season.

Can I book this service for a business, storefront or event?Yes! We would be honored to bring our love of fall charm and hospitality to your business or event. You can purchase one of our set packages or reach out with a custom request.

Can I book a setup as a gift for someone else?Yes, you can purchase and gift a package to someone else. They are required to live within one of our delivery areas and we request that you fill out the information with their address. If you are looking to make it surprise- please communicate that with us so we can make it a special experience!

Do I need to be home during the setup?No, you do not need to be present during delivery and setup. However, if there is anything that will impede delivery (pets, locked gate, etc), we will need to be informed ahead of time.

How long does the setup take?Design can vary depending on the package size that you purchase. However, we aim for designing to be accomplished between 30 minutes - 1 hour. Our delivery team and designs travel seperately. Your pumpkins will be delivered prior to decorating.

Will you clean up after the setup?We offer a removal and disposal add on to any package; excluding our DIY package. It is an additional $150 fee and can be requested for before or after Thanksgiving.
